ROWVEXA / POLICY
Digital delivery
Updated 17 October 2026
Browser delivery
Rowvexa is a digital browser tool; no physical item is shipped and no shipping fee applies. AI extraction requires a network connection to the processing service. Editing and exporting results run in your browser. Use a current browser with JavaScript and file-download support.
Reports and service access
Extracted records and source quotes appear in the workspace; CSV and JSON exports download to your device. Purchased service access and its period must match the order confirmation; an on-page message alone is not proof of payment or entitlement.
If delivery fails
If a download is blocked, permit downloads for this site and export again before closing the tab. For an order access issue, keep the purchase reference and contact Support. No physical returns process applies to this digital tool.
